     Root cause: [data-parallax="cta-banner"] (the section right after
     Testimonials) was given `will-change: transform` UNCONDITIONALLY in
     scroll-stability.css, plus an oversized `inset: -48px 0 !important`.
     Its own JS (initCtaParallax in main.js) only runs on desktop and
     bails out early on mobile — so on phones that layer gets promoted to
     its own GPU compositor layer, sits there forever doing nothing, and
     on iOS/Android this is exactly the pattern that causes the *next*
     scroll gesture crossing that boundary to stall until the browser
     collapses the layer. Fix: only promote it on desktop, and give the
     mobile section a normal touch-action so gestures pass straight
     through to the document scroller.

   BUG 2 — Blog page: pagination "1 / PAGE 1 OF 1" overlaps the card
     above it.
     Root cause: refinements-v331.css added
       .hl-blog-archive .hl-pagination__wrap { margin-top: .8rem; }
     to "pull the pagination closer to the cards". At .8rem that's too
     tight once cards wrap to a single mobile column (taller cards +
     hover shadow overhang), so the pager visually sits on top of the
     last card. Restore breathing room, with extra clearance on mobile.

   BUG 3 — Desktop: scroll-triggered section animations feel too fast.
     Root cause: scroll-fix.css force-set every reveal animation to
     0.55s with !important (a wheel-scroll fix that had nothing to do
     with timing), which clobbers the slower, intentionally "relaxed"
     900ms fade defined in mobile-polish.css. Restore a slower, more
     breezy duration + gentle delay so sections ease in instead of
     snapping in.
